Regardless of how I obtained the products listed below, I do my best to write the most honest and thorough review for you that I can. My goal is to help you decide whether a particular piece of running gear is right for you. I will not write positive statements about something just because it's free to me. This is a personal blog, after all. All of my opinions are my own. And, I like it that way.

It's worth noting, too, that a shoe I liked two years ago may not be my favorite shoe anymore. Things change quickly in the running shoe industry. And, it wouldn't make sense to update a review just because it's obsolete. I suppose that goes without saying.
